In TCM, late summer is the season that lies nesstled between mid August & the Autumn equinox in mid September.

Nature is undergoing its last burst of growth before harvest, offering all of its fruits up in abundance. It is here we simultaniuosly begin to see that last push of yang energy towards completion and the first glimmers of Autumn where  energy begins to contract and turn inwards.

Late summer is therefore seen as a transitionary time where we return to the middle

The energy of this season corresponds to the nurturing Earth element and is an important time for self-nurturing and self-cultivation. Late Summer is a powerful time to fully ripen and transform, using the last of summer’s bountiful energy to complete all you set out to do at the start of the year and also begin to look towards practices which will sustain us, as the energy begins to move increasingly inwards towards Autumn and beyond .

Join me for this four week block where we explore the energy of Late Summer season and all it enompasses within TCM for wellbeing and intetional living.

Each week can be used as a stand alone practice or taken as a series.

Expect praxctices which use asana, breath practices and other Eastern wellbeing practices to gather, nourish, transofrom and ultimately bloom!

Price for the Block £32.00

Drop in: £9.00

I will send the zoom link out 6pm Tuesday evening for a 7.30pm start.

Recordings will be sent out later that evening and will be available for one week.

This will be the last exclusively ‘online’ zoom sereis before we move to Storeys Field Centre in Eddington for both in-person and online options.
