Day 5: Balancing Breath "Nadi Shodhana"

On the fifth day of Christmas, yoga gave to me... a guided pranayama practice to connect body, mind and breath, bringing me back into balance.


The run-up to Christmas can be a stressful affair for many of us, and a couple of rounds of "nadi shodhana" can be just the tonic to calm our nervous systems and bring ourselves back into balance. Use this short guided practice any time you’re feeling overwhelmed or overwrought.
